By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

• Service Scope: We provide automated reputation monitoring and strategic communication as outlined in your selected plan.

• Subscription & Billing: Services are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time with [30] days' notice.

• Client Responsibility: While we provide the "Review Shielding" framework and response templates, the client is responsible for the final accuracy of business information and public responses.

• Results: We provide the tools for reputation growth; however, third-party sites (Google, Yelp, etc.) maintain their own terms and algorithms which are outside of our direct control.
